White Torso, Orange Legs, Black Hair

Hey fellow collectors! At first glance, this minifigure from the Creator 3-in-1 theme might look like just another generic vacationer, but it actually has some fun standout pieces for custom builds and dioramas. The standout element here is definitely that crisp white hooded sweatshirt torso featuring the medium blue pocket and drawstring details, complete with a matching blue hood print on the back. It captures that cozy winter getaway vibe perfectly.

When hunting for this little guy on the aftermarket, condition is everything—especially with lighter-colored parts like white torsos and yellow hands. Watch out for yellowing caused by sun exposure, and check the dual-expression head print for any micro-scratches. Since it only appeared in a single Creator set, piecing it together from individual components is a common route for completionists who want to add this specific winter-ready civilian to their brick-built towns.

Rarity-wise, this minifigure sits in an interesting spot for modern Creator figures. Because it was restricted to just one mid-sized set—the Modular Winter Vacation (31080-1) released back in 2018—its overall supply is tied directly to the production run of that specific box. Creator civilian minifigures aren't printed in the same massive quantities as iconic licensed characters from Star Wars or Marvel, making complete, authentic versions slightly trickier to source as time goes on.

According to current market data, the set itself has been retired for a good few years now, which naturally drives up the demand for sealed boxes and, by extension, individual components. While it isn't an ultra-rare holy grail commanding triple-digit prices, it's definitely a fun, low-profile find that won't pop up in every random bulk lot you buy.

Looking at the investment potential through a collector's lens, this minifigure falls into the steady-and-stable category rather than a high-flying growth stock. Creator civilians don't usually experience massive speculative bubbles, but their long-term value is well-supported by city builders and winter village enthusiasts who need a diverse cast of characters for seasonal layouts. As more copies of the 2018 Winter Vacation set get opened, built, and eventually scattered into the aftermarket, individual figures in pristine condition will hold a modest, reliable value.

If you're investing, don't expect this specific minifig to fund your next big modular building purchase. However, it's a great low-cost addition to bundles, and if you can snag the complete set at a good price, the parts breakdown holds decent utility for customizers and modular town planners.
