Dark Azure Torso, White Legs, Medium Nougat Hair

Ah, the classic theme park visitor! This minifigure is a fantastic little gem for anyone looking to populate their brick-built amusement park or bustling city layout. What immediately catches the eye is that brilliant Dark Azure hoodie featuring a detailed zipper print over a lime and green striped shirt—a wonderfully casual, vibrant outfit that screams weekend fun. Paired with those cool black and silver sunglasses and the jaunty medium nougat tousled hair, this figure has loads of personality and makes for an awesome custom display piece.

When hunting for this specific minifigure, condition is everything—especially concerning the printed torso and those crisp white legs. Because the figure comes from a notoriously large, highly played-with set, finding examples with pristine torso printing and zero scuffs on the white legs can be a fun challenge for meticulous collectors. The sunglasses print on the head is also a key detail to inspect, as surface scratching can easily detract from that effortlessly cool facial expression.

Market data reveals that this specific minifigure is tied to a very exclusive distribution, having only appeared in two sets to date. The crown jewel of its appearances is the massive and legendary Creator Expert Roller Coaster, a retired heavyweight that collectors chased for years. Because it was locked behind such a large, expensive set rather than a pocket-money impulse buy, fewer copies of this specific civilian made it into the wild compared to standard City figures.

As time marches on and the primary set fades further into retirement, tracking down loose, complete versions of this trendsetting park-goer requires a bit of digging. While it isn't an ultra-rare licensed character, its limited appearances in heavy-hitting sets mean it flies under the radar as a surprisingly sought-after civilian addition.

Looking at the market data and retirement status of its flagship home, the Roller Coaster, this minifigure sits comfortably in a strong collector tier. Civilian minifigures from large-scale modular and amusement park sets often appreciate nicely because layout builders constantly need fresh crowds to populate their displays. As complete sets climb in value, parting out specific figures like this one becomes an attractive route for investors and sellers alike.

While it may not command the jaw-dropping prices of rare licensed superheroes or vintage Star Wars icons, its niche appeal to theme park layout builders gives it a steady, reliable demand. It earns a solid B+ investment grade because it combines a retired, high-end set origin with a universally appealing modern civilian design that will always have a place in custom LEGO cityscapes.
