Bright Light Blue Torso, Jacket, Olive Green Legs, Dark Orange Hair

This minifigure is desirable for collectors due to its unique combination of parts, particularly the bright light blue hooded sweatshirt torso with the purple shirt and silver star print. This torso is relatively uncommon, making the minifigure stand out in a collection. The medium nougat hair with a ponytail adds to its distinctiveness.

Collectors focusing on LEGO City layouts or those who appreciate the detail in civilian minifigures will find this one particularly appealing. Its inclusion in the highly sought-after Assembly Square set also contributes to its collectibility.

This minifigure appears in only two sets, with the Assembly Square being a large and expensive modular building. This limited availability contributes to its relative rarity on the aftermarket. While not a regional exclusive, its presence in a single, retired set makes it less common than minifigures appearing in multiple, widely available sets. Its production run was limited to the years that Assembly Square was in production, further limiting supply.
