Monkie Kid
Pigsy is a central character in the Monkie Kid universe, inspired by Zhu Bajie from the classic Chinese novel Journey to the West.
Minifigure details
Pigsy is a highly desirable minifigure from the LEGO Monkie Kid theme, known for his unique molded head and detailed printing. Collectors are drawn to him because he's a central character in the Monkie Kid storyline, a modern take on the classic Journey to the West tale.
His distinctive chef's hat and expressive face make him instantly recognizable and appealing. The vibrant colors and intricate details on his torso and legs add to his visual appeal. As a key member of Monkie Kid's team, Pigsy represents a fun and engaging character that resonates with both kids and adult collectors.
Pigsy appeared in only two LEGO sets, both released in 2020 and now retired. This limited availability contributes to his increasing rarity on the aftermarket. He was not a limited edition or promotional minifigure, but his presence in only a couple of sets inherently makes him less common than figures appearing in numerous sets over several years.
