Woman, Dark Tan Cardigan with Zipper, Tan Legs, Nougat Hair, Glasses

This elderly civilian minifigure debuted exclusively in the 2019 LEGO City Advent Calendar (Set 60235-1). Featuring a cozy dark tan zippered cardigan over a white collared undershirt, this figure perfectly captures the seasonal, winter-ready charm typical of LEGO holiday calendar releases.

A standout element for LEGO enthusiasts is the detailed facial print, notable for its large dark tan glasses, crow's feet, and gray eyebrows. This particular head print gained fame in the Ninjago theme for the character Mystake before transitioning into various City and seasonal sets to represent grandmothers and mature citizens.

For city builders and modular diorama creators, civilian minifigures depicting older generations are always in steady demand. Because many modern sets skew toward younger characters or emergency services, realistic elderly townspeople add essential demographic variety to custom streetscapes.

This exact minifigure configuration appears in only a single set: the 2019 City Advent Calendar. While Advent calendars are produced in relatively high volumes during their specific holiday quarter, they have a strict single-season production run and are quickly retired once January arrives.

Because calendar figures are frequently mixed into loose parts bins or scattered among Christmas decorations, finding this figure complete with its correct nougat wavy hair and matching tan legs on the aftermarket can be slightly more challenging than expected, keeping its availability modest.

Generic City Advent Calendar minifigures generally exhibit stable, low-to-moderate value appreciation. While exclusivity to a single retired set protects the figure from severe market dilution, the lack of a named licensed character limits the upside potential compared to Star Wars or Marvel calendar exclusives.

The minifigure serves best as a steady utility piece for collectors looking to populate modular layouts rather than a high-yield speculative investment. Its value is expected to remain affordable with small, incremental gains over time driven by AFOL city builders.
