Engineer, Ferrari, Female

This female Ferrari Engineer minifigure brings a vibrant, highly detailed addition to the LEGO Speed Champions Ferrari lineup. Originating from the 2017 Ferrari FXX K & Development Center set (75882), she represents the behind-the-scenes engineering talent of the Scuderia Ferrari team, making her an essential piece for car enthusiasts building comprehensive racing dioramas and paddock scenes.

Her standout feature is the crisp torso print featuring a bright red team jacket with the iconic Ferrari shield logo over an open white collared shirt. Paired with distinct thick-rimmed glasses and a swept ponytail in bright light yellow, she offers a distinct, intellectual character design that sets her apart from standard racing drivers and pit crew members.

When collecting this figure, key condition checkpoints include the sharpness of the Ferrari crest printing on the torso front and ensuring the white legs remain free of discoloration or scuffing, as clean white parts can show age over time.

This minifigure is relatively scarce due to being limited to a single retired Speed Champions set, the Ferrari FXX K & Development Center (75882), released in 2017. As this set was a higher-tier playset rather than an entry-level single-car pack, fewer units entered circulation compared to standard driver minifigures.

Because she was never reissued in later Speed Champions waves or promotional polybags, loose complete copies in mint condition have become increasingly difficult to find on the secondary market.

As an exclusive minifigure tied to a world-renowned licensed automotive brand, this Ferrari engineer holds solid investment value. Licensed LEGO Ferrari pieces consistently enjoy enduring demand from both LEGO Speed Champions collectors and Ferrari memorabilia enthusiasts.

While generic support staff figures rarely reach the stratospheric prices of iconic pop-culture characters, the combination of a retired flagship set, official Ferrari branding, and a unique torso print gives this figure a very stable upward trajectory over the long term.
