Tracy McGrady, Orlando Magic #1, White

The Tracy McGrady minifigure is a must-have for LEGO NBA fans and sports memorabilia collectors. As one of the few NBA player minifigures ever produced, it represents a unique intersection of LEGO and professional basketball. McGrady, a highly popular player during his time with the Orlando Magic, adds to the figure's appeal.

The minifigure's distinct Orlando Magic jersey and McGrady's likeness, however stylized, make it instantly recognizable. The condition of the printing on the torso and head is crucial for collectors, as wear can significantly impact value. Mint condition figures are highly sought after.

This minifigure is relatively rare due to its exclusive appearance in only one retired set, the NBA Ultimate Arena (3433-1), released in 2003. Production numbers were limited by the set's distribution and the NBA license. While not a regional exclusive, its age and the finite number produced contribute to its scarcity on the aftermarket. Finding this minifigure in good condition can be challenging, further increasing its perceived rarity among collectors.
