Knight (Scale Mail on Red) - Black Arms, Light Gray Legs, Dark Gray Chin-Guard

The Knight with Scale Mail on Red, featuring black arms and light gray legs, is a charming relic from LEGO's classic Castle era. Collectors are drawn to it due to its nostalgic appeal and distinct design elements that evoke the feel of early LEGO knights. The dark gray chin-guard helmet is a particularly sought-after piece, adding to the minifigure's unique character.

The minifigure's simple yet effective torso print, representing scale mail, is a hallmark of older LEGO designs, making it an attractive addition to any vintage LEGO collection. Finding this minifigure in pristine condition is key for serious collectors, as wear and tear can significantly impact its value and aesthetic appeal.

This Knight minifigure appears exclusively in the Black Knights Boat set (1547-1) released in 1993. Given its limited availability to a single set and the set's age, this minifigure can be considered moderately rare. While not exceedingly scarce, its availability on the aftermarket is limited compared to minifigures produced in larger quantities or appearing in multiple sets. Its rarity is further influenced by the survival rate of LEGO sets from that era, as many were disassembled or lost over time.
