Knight (Breastplate on Red) - Blue Legs, White Plume

The Knight with Breastplate on Red, Blue Legs, and White Plume is a classic LEGO Castle minifigure that evokes nostalgia for many collectors who grew up with the theme in the 1980s. Its simple yet iconic design, featuring the red breastplate and striking blue legs, makes it instantly recognizable. The white plume adds a touch of regal flair, enhancing its appeal.

This particular knight represents a key figure from the early days of LEGO Castle, a time when the theme was establishing its identity. Collectors seek out these vintage minifigures to complete their classic Castle collections and relive their childhood memories. The condition of the plume and torso print are particularly important to collectors.

This minifigure appeared exclusively in the King's Castle set (6080-1) released in 1984. While the set itself was widely available during its production run, the age of the set contributes to the minifigure's relative scarcity on the aftermarket. Finding this minifigure in excellent condition can be challenging, further increasing its desirability among collectors. It was not a regional exclusive, but its single set appearance makes it less common than minifigures found in multiple sets.
