Knight (Breastplate on Red) - Blue Legs, Red Plume

This classic Knight minifigure is a highly sought-after piece for LEGO Castle enthusiasts. Its simple design, featuring a red breastplate on a red torso, blue legs, and a classic yellow smiley face, evokes a sense of nostalgia for older LEGO sets. The knight's dark gray helmet with a red plume is iconic and contributes to its vintage appeal.

The minifigure's collectibility is further enhanced by its limited availability. Appearing only in the 6061 Siege Tower set from 1984, it represents a key part of LEGO's early Castle theme. Collectors often seek out this figure in good condition, with minimal wear on the torso print and the plume intact, which can significantly impact its value.

This Knight minifigure is considered relatively rare due to its single set appearance in the 6061 Siege Tower, released in 1984. Production numbers for this set would have been lower compared to more modern LEGO sets, further limiting the number of these minifigures in circulation. While not a regional exclusive, its age and the fact that it's only been in one set contribute to its scarcity on the aftermarket. Finding this minifigure in excellent condition can be challenging, adding to its desirability among collectors.
