Knight (Breastplate on Red) - Blue Legs, Black Neck-Protector

This classic LEGO Knight minifigure is highly sought after by collectors due to its vintage charm and historical significance. Released in 1987, it represents an early era of LEGO Castle and evokes a sense of nostalgia for many AFOLs (Adult Fans of LEGO). The red breastplate on the torso, combined with the blue legs and black neck-protector, creates a distinct and memorable appearance.

The minifigure's simple yet iconic design makes it a valuable addition to any LEGO Castle collection. Its relative scarcity, due to its limited production run and single set appearance, further enhances its appeal to collectors. Condition is paramount, with figures in pristine condition commanding a premium.

The Knight (Breastplate on Red) minifigure is considered relatively rare due to its exclusive appearance in only one set, the Viking Voyager (6049-1), released in 1987. This limited production run, coupled with the age of the minifigure, contributes to its scarcity on the aftermarket. While not impossible to find, securing one in excellent condition can be challenging and may require patience and a willingness to pay a premium.
