Knight (Breastplate on Red) - Black Legs, Yellow Plume

This classic Knight minifigure, with its iconic red breastplate, blue arms, and yellow plume, is a nostalgic piece for LEGO Castle collectors. Released in the late 1980s, it represents a key era in LEGO's history, evoking memories of simpler sets and imaginative play. The bright, primary colors and classic smiley face give it a timeless appeal.

Collectors seek this minifigure for its vintage charm and its association with the early LEGO Castle theme. Finding one in good condition, with minimal wear to the torso print and the plume intact, is a key consideration for serious collectors. The cape's condition is also important, as these plastic capes are prone to cracking and damage over time.

This Knight minifigure appears in only two sets, both released in the late 1980s, making it relatively uncommon compared to more modern minifigures. While not exceptionally rare, its age and limited production run contribute to its desirability. It's not a regional exclusive or special edition, but finding one in pristine condition can be challenging due to its age. Aftermarket availability is decent, but prices vary depending on condition.
