🏆 Collectibility Analysis

Collectibility Notes

The Abby Yates minifigure is a desirable addition for Ghostbusters and minifigure collectors alike. As one of the core characters from the 2016 reboot, she represents a significant, albeit controversial, part of the Ghostbusters franchise. Her unique hairpiece and dual-sided head print contribute to her distinct appearance.

Collectors will appreciate the detailed jumpsuit design, complete with the 'A.Y.' ID badge and Ghostbusters logo on the arm. The minifigure's overall design accurately captures the character's likeness, making it a must-have for fans of the movie and completionists seeking to own all Ghostbusters team members.

Rarity Analysis

Abby Yates is not particularly rare, as she was included in the Ecto-1 & 2 set (75828-1). However, because the set is now retired, the availability of the minifigure is limited to the aftermarket. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, the retirement of the set contributes to its increasing scarcity over time.
