Bat-Mite

Bat-Mite is one of the most delightfully eccentric characters in the DC universe, making his official physical LEGO debut in the 2020 DC Super Heroes Collectible Minifigure Series (71026). LEGO went all-out to capture the 5th-dimensional imp's chaotic fandom, crafting an exclusive molded blue cowl featuring his signature folded, floppy ear to represent his ill-fitting DIY Batman costume.

The figure is packed with fan-service details, including a headpiece printed with bat-styled glasses and a goofy two-toothed grin, a wrinkled Bat-Mite chest emblem, and short dual-molded legs. In his original blind bag packaging, he also came with a standout printed 2x3 tile representing Batman's first comic appearance in Detective Comics #27, which significantly enhances the complete set's collector appeal.

Because Bat-Mite is a niche Silver Age comic character with a passionate cult following among Batman lore purists, demand remains consistently high. Collectors should pay close attention to the condition of the spongy fabric short cape and the exclusive cowl, as well as verifying that the rare Detective Comics #27 printed tile is included.

Bat-Mite was exclusively released as part of the blind-bagged LEGO DC Super Heroes Collectible Minifigures Series (71026) in early 2020. Like most standard CMF series, production was strictly limited to a single production run of under a year before retirement, making sealed bags and pristine loose figures scarce on the primary market.
