Martian Manhunter (J'onn J'onzz) with Blue Cape and Collar

The Martian Manhunter minifigure is highly sought after by DC Comics and LEGO collectors due to its unique design and character popularity. J'onn J'onzz, as a founding member of the Justice League, holds a significant place in DC lore, making this minifigure a desirable addition to any collection. The molded head, combined with the cape and collar, creates a distinctive and recognizable look.

The minifigure's exclusive appearance in the "Brainiac Attack" set adds to its collectibility. Collectors often seek out minifigures that are only available in one set, especially when the set is retired, as it increases the perceived rarity and value of the minifigure. The condition of the cape and collar is also a factor for collectors, as fabric elements can be prone to wear and tear.

This Martian Manhunter minifigure is considered relatively rare due to its single appearance in the retired "Brainiac Attack" set (76040-1) released in 2015. While not a limited edition or regional exclusive, the fact that it only appeared in one set makes it less common than minifigures that appear in multiple sets. Aftermarket availability is moderate, with prices varying depending on condition and completeness (with or without the cape and collar).
