2-1B Medical Droid, Sand Blue Torso

The 2-1B Medical Droid minifigure is a desirable addition to any Star Wars collection, especially for those focused on medical droids or the Hoth scenes from 'The Empire Strikes Back'. Its unique sand blue torso and head piece, combined with the mechanical arms and legs, make it instantly recognizable and a standout piece.

Collectors appreciate this minifigure for its accurate representation of the character from the film. The level of detail on the torso, though simple, captures the essence of the droid's design. As a relatively specialized character, it appeals to collectors aiming for completeness within the Star Wars theme.

This version of 2-1B is relatively uncommon, appearing in only one set: the Hoth Medical Chamber (75203-1). This single appearance limits its availability compared to minifigures found in multiple sets. The set itself has been retired, further restricting the supply of this minifigure on the aftermarket.

While not a limited edition or promotional item, its exclusivity to a single, now-retired set contributes to its increasing rarity. Availability on the aftermarket is moderate, with prices generally reflecting its limited release.
