Knight (Yellow Castle) - Black

The Knight from the Yellow Castle series holds a special place in the hearts of LEGO collectors. As one of the earliest castle minifigures, it represents a foundational era for LEGO's medieval themes. Its simple, classic design, featuring the iconic yellow smiley face and light gray armor, evokes a sense of nostalgia for many who grew up with these sets.

The Knight's appeal lies in its historical significance and the charm of its vintage design. Collectors often seek this minifigure to complete their classic castle collections or as a standalone piece representing LEGO's early history. The condition of the minifigure, particularly the torso printing and helmet, significantly impacts its collectibility.

The Knight (Yellow Castle) - Black is relatively rare due to its limited production run in the late 1970s and early 1980s. It only appeared in two sets: 375-2 and 6075-2, both of which are now retired. The age of these sets contributes to the minifigure's scarcity, as many examples have been lost, damaged, or disassembled over time.

While not a regional exclusive, the limited number of sets and the age of those sets make finding this minifigure in good condition a challenge. Aftermarket availability is moderate, but prices can vary widely based on condition and completeness.
