As Obi-Wan Kenobi's loyal astromech droid throughout the Clone Wars, R4-P17 is famously remembered for her tragic demise at the hands of buzz droids during the Battle of Coruscant. This specific variant, featuring the distinct yellow and orange rectangle prints on the body, is highly sought after by collectors looking to complete their prequel-era starfighter displays.

What makes this particular figure stand out to collectors is the updated, highly detailed printing. Compared to earlier iterations of R4-P17, this version features a much cleaner dome print with silver metallic accents and a more screen-accurate body design. Because astromechs are highly swappable, having the exact correct parts—especially the dark red dome with the silver print—is critical for maintaining the figure's integrity and value.
