Anakin Skywalker, Black Robe, Angry Face with Shadowed Eyes and Cape

This Anakin Skywalker minifigure is highly sought after due to its unique angry face print with shadowed eyes, capturing a pivotal moment in his character's descent to the dark side. The black robe and cape, combined with the specific hand colors (one flesh, one black), contribute to its distinct appearance and appeal to collectors.

As a key character in the Star Wars saga, any rare or unique Anakin Skywalker minifigure is bound to attract attention. The fact that this version only appeared in one set, Palpatine's Arrest, further enhances its desirability. Mint condition figures with all accessories, including the cape, command a premium among serious collectors.

The Anakin Skywalker (Black Robe, Angry Face) minifigure is considered relatively rare due to its exclusive appearance in a single retired set, Palpatine's Arrest (9526-1), released in 2012. This limits the overall number of these minifigures in circulation, as no re-releases or alternate sets feature this specific design.

While not a limited edition or promotional item, its single set appearance contributes to its scarcity on the aftermarket.
