Owen Grady with Reddish Brown Vest, and Dark Bluish Gray Legs with Holster

Ah, the classic velociraptor wrangler himself! This version of Owen Grady is an absolute must-have for fans of the Jurassic World revival, capturing Chris Pratt's rugged paleontologist look from the 2015 relaunch. What makes this particular minifigure stand out to collectors is its unique combination of parts, featuring that signature reddish-brown vest layered over an open light bluish-gray shirt, complete with detailed pocket and zipper prints.

Collectors should pay close attention to the dual-expression head print, which he famously shares with a few other iconic action heroes like Star-Lord. Because this exact color and print combination is tied to early Jurassic World waves and a LEGO Dimensions pack, finding one in pristine condition—especially with the crisp torso printing intact on the light bluish-gray arms—is a fun hunt for any theme completionist.

This variant of Owen Grady enjoys a moderate level of scarcity, having appeared in only two releases back in 2015: the mid-range Raptor Rampage set and the Jurassic World Team Pack for LEGO Dimensions. Because both products have been retired for years, loose figures on the aftermarket rely entirely on existing private collections and secondary seller stock.

While not a hyper-rare convention exclusive, its distribution across a standard retail set and a niche gaming expansion means fewer copies were floating around compared to figures featured in massive, long-running waves. Finding one bundled with his signature accessories, like a syringe or motorbike gear, adds to the challenge for meticulous display builders.

According to current market data, Jurassic World minifigures from the initial 2015 film wave maintain a steady, nostalgic demand among dinosaur enthusiasts and Chris Pratt fans alike. While it may not command the jaw-dropping prices of high-end licensed superheroes or vaulted Star Wars characters, this figure holds its value very well as a anchor piece for any dinosaur-themed collection.

As sealed sets from 2015 continue to dry up, loose figures in collector-grade condition are expected to see incremental, stable appreciation. It earns a solid B+ investment grade because it represents the definitive on-screen look for a major modern cinematic character from a powerhouse franchise.
