Dr. D. Zaster

Dr. D. Zaster is a highly desirable minifigure from the LEGO Agents theme, known for its unique and villainous design. Collectors appreciate the distinct trans-neon green head with a sinister expression and the character's overall mad scientist aesthetic. The LEGO Agents theme itself has a dedicated following, adding to the demand for its key characters.

The minifigure's relatively limited availability, appearing in only one set, further enhances its collectibility. Mint condition figures, especially those with undamaged printing and accessories, command a premium among serious collectors. The unique slime-covered design elements also make it a visually striking addition to any collection.

Dr. D. Zaster's rarity stems from his exclusive appearance in the 4-Wheeling Pursuit set (8969-1), released in 2009. As the set is now retired, the supply of this minifigure is limited to the secondary market. While not a regional exclusive, the single set appearance makes him less common than figures appearing in multiple sets from the same year. Finding him in excellent condition can be challenging due to the age of the minifigure and potential wear and tear.
