Lloyd in Stone Warrior Armor Outfit (Rebooted)

This exclusive version of Lloyd from the 2014 Ninjago: Rebooted wave captures the Green Ninja during the climactic final showdown against the Digital Overlord. Featuring specialized stone warrior-inspired armor details over his traditional green robes, this minifigure stands out in Lloyd's extensive wardrobe. The combination of the classic tan tousled hair, green ninja bandana, and flat silver dual-katana armor creates an exceptionally battle-ready aesthetic.

Minifigure collectors highly covet this specific variant because it only ever appeared in the theme's flagship set, 70728 Battle for Ninjago City. Because Lloyd is the ultimate protagonist of the Ninjago universe, single-set exclusive variants of the Green Ninja from early seasons command significant attention on the secondary market.

When assessing condition, collectors should pay close attention to the flat silver armor piece, as the katana clips and scabbard holder can easily suffer from stress marks or breakage over time. Complete figures retaining the original tan hairpiece and clean, un-frayed facial printing are the most sought after.

Lloyd in Stone Warrior Armor Outfit is considered quite rare, having been produced exclusively for set 70728 Battle for Ninjago City in 2014. As this was the largest and most expensive set in the Rebooted line, far fewer copies of this Lloyd entered circulation compared to standard techno-robe variants released across multiple smaller sets.

With the set retired nearly a decade ago, finding complete, mint-condition examples with all armor accessories and proper parts on secondary marketplaces like BrickLink and eBay has become increasingly difficult, keeping supply tight and demand steady.

Classic Ninjago minifigures from the pre-movie era (particularly Seasons 1 through 4) have consistently proven to be resilient investment pieces. As adult fans who grew up watching the original series enter their prime collecting years, key character variants from iconic story arcs are experiencing sustained demand.

Given that this variant of Lloyd is tethered exclusively to a single retired flagship set and represents one of the most iconic moments in Ninjago history, it holds an exceptionally strong long-term investment profile with low risk of modern rerelease.
