🏆 Collectibility Analysis

Collectibility Notes

This version of Garmadon is desirable because it represents a specific point in the Ninjago storyline where he is portrayed with a unique blend of darkness and wisdom. Collectors appreciate minifigures that represent key character arcs, and this Garmadon does just that. The intricate printing on the torso, featuring gold Asian characters and the torn/purple tattoo, adds to its appeal.

The minifigure's accessories, including the swept-back hairpiece, contribute to its distinct look. Minifigure condition is always a key consideration; collectors seek figures with pristine printing and no scratches or wear.

Rarity Analysis

This Garmadon minifigure appeared in only one set, the Ninja DB X (70750-1), which was released in 2015 and has since been retired. This single set appearance contributes to its relative rarity compared to minifigures that appear in multiple sets. The set's retirement further limits the availability of this minifigure on the primary market, making it more sought after on the aftermarket.
