Master Wu (Skybound)

The Master Wu (Skybound) minifigure is desirable for LEGO Ninjago collectors due to its unique Skybound-themed attire. This variant features Wu in an aviator cap and goggles, a departure from his traditional robes and hat, making it a standout addition to any Ninjago collection. The intricate printing on the torso and legs, showcasing the fusion of traditional robes with flight gear, adds to its visual appeal.

As a key character in the Ninjago storyline, Master Wu's minifigures are consistently sought after. The Skybound storyline itself is a fan favorite, further boosting the demand for this particular version. Collectors often seek minifigures in excellent condition, with all accessories present, to maximize their collectibility.

This minifigure appears exclusively in the Tiger Widow Island set (70604-1), which was retired in 2016. Its limited availability to a single set increases its rarity compared to minifigures appearing in multiple sets. While not a regional exclusive, the retirement of the set means that new copies of this minifigure are no longer being produced, making it increasingly scarce on the aftermarket. The price and availability fluctuate based on condition and completeness.
