Gabarros

Gabarros is a unique minifigure from the LEGO Adventurers theme, specifically the Jungle sub-theme. Collectors are drawn to him due to his distinctive appearance, featuring a detailed torso print with a tank top, stains, a wrench, and an anchor tattoo. His head print, with a bushy brown moustache, stubble, and under-eye wrinkles, gives him a rugged, adventurous look. The blue bandana and black kepi add to his character and make him stand out among other minifigures.

The Adventurers theme holds a special place in the hearts of many LEGO fans who grew up in the late 90s, making minifigures like Gabarros nostalgic collectibles. Completing the Jungle sub-theme collection often involves acquiring Gabarros, driving up demand. The condition of the torso print is crucial for collectors, as wear and tear can significantly impact the minifigure's value.

Gabarros appears in only two sets, both released in 1999: River Expedition (5976-1) and Amazon Ancient Ruins (5986-1). Both sets are now retired, making Gabarros relatively uncommon on the aftermarket. While not a super rare minifigure, his limited availability contributes to his desirability among collectors. He was not a regional exclusive or part of any special edition releases, so his rarity is solely based on the limited number of sets he appeared in and the age of those sets.
