Luke Skywalker, White Robe, Yellow Skin (3626b Head)

The Luke Skywalker minifigure with yellow skin and a white robe is highly sought after by collectors due to its vintage charm and representation of a core Star Wars character. This particular version, featuring the classic yellow minifigure head, harkens back to the early days of LEGO Star Wars and carries a strong sense of nostalgia for many fans who grew up with these sets. Its presence in iconic sets like the original Millennium Falcon and Mos Eisley Cantina further enhances its collectibility.

Collectors also value this minifigure for its relatively simple yet accurate depiction of Luke Skywalker in his Tatooine attire. The white robe and detailed torso print are instantly recognizable, making it a desirable piece for completing vintage LEGO Star Wars collections. Condition is a major factor; figures with minimal wear on the printing and no cracks in the torso command the highest prices.

This Luke Skywalker minifigure appears in four sets, all of which were released between 1999 and 2004. While not a set exclusive, its limited production window and the retirement of these sets contribute to its increasing rarity on the aftermarket. The Millennium Falcon (7190-1) is a particularly sought-after set, making this version of Luke Skywalker a key component for collectors aiming to complete this iconic model. Although not a regional exclusive, its age and the fact that many examples have been played with mean that finding one in excellent condition can be challenging.
