Racer, Extreme Team, Black Jacket, Black Legs, Green Helmet with Visor, Blue Sunglasses

The Extreme Team Racer minifigure is a nostalgic gem for LEGO collectors, particularly those who remember the late 90s LEGO era. Its vibrant green helmet, coupled with the cool blue sunglasses, instantly evokes a sense of retro racing style. The black jacket with the red 'X' logo adds to the minifigure's unique appeal, making it a standout piece within any collection of LEGO racers or vintage minifigures.

Collectors value this minifigure for its relative rarity and the fact that it is exclusive to a single, now-retired set. The condition of the torso print is a key factor for serious collectors, as the 'Extreme Team' logo can show wear over time. Mint condition figures command a premium.

This minifigure's rarity stems from its exclusive appearance in the 'Extreme Team Racer' set (2963-1) released in 1998. As the set is now retired and over two decades old, the availability of the minifigure is limited to the aftermarket. While not exceptionally rare compared to some promotional or limited-edition minifigures, its single set appearance contributes to its desirability among collectors. Finding this minifigure in pristine condition can be challenging, further increasing its perceived rarity.
