No. fig-000986
Original
A standard Space Port astronaut, responsible for piloting spacecraft and exploring alien worlds.
Minifigure details
The White Astronaut minifigure, with its classic space port logo, represents a key era in LEGO's history, appealing to collectors nostalgic for the late 90s space themes. The helmet with the trans-dark blue visor is iconic, and the headset adds a unique touch.
Condition is crucial for this minifigure. Collectors seek figures with minimal playwear, intact logos, and scratch-free visors. The yellowed head is also a common problem that affects the value.
This particular astronaut appeared in a single set, the Cosmos Glider (3066-1), making it relatively scarce compared to minifigures found in multiple widely-released sets. As the set was retired in 1999, the available pool of these minifigures is finite and aging.
