Barbarian

The Barbarian minifigure is desirable due to its unique design and limited availability. Released as part of the LEGO Minifigures Series 11, it stands out with its detailed printing, including the muscular torso, fur shorts, and angry facial expression. The tousled black hairpiece is also unique to this minifigure, adding to its appeal.

Collectors appreciate the Barbarian for its classic fantasy theme, fitting well into LEGO castle and adventure displays. Its distinctive appearance makes it a sought-after addition to any minifigure collection, especially for those focused on completing the LEGO Minifigures series.

The Barbarian minifigure appeared exclusively in the LEGO Minifigures Series 11 (71002-1), which was released in 2013. As a blind-bagged series, obtaining specific minifigures like the Barbarian required either luck or aftermarket purchases. While not the rarest minifigure from the series, its single appearance contributes to its relative scarcity compared to minifigures found in multiple sets. Aftermarket availability is good, but prices reflect its status as a desirable and retired minifigure.
