Where can I find this Moon Knight?

This is a picture of a custom minifigure I’ve always wanted. I actually ordered it on ebay in 2018, but it was never delivered to me and I never contacted the seller about it. I was a young college kid who didn’t know any better…. Just thought $20 was wasted… This minifig was released by minifigureenterprise in collaboration with Paris Custom Bricks. Can’t find their websites and I can’t find this fig sold anywhere online. Anyone know where else I can find it? Or where else to look? Thank you...
