Review: 40897 Darth Vader's Lightsaber

Although it started slowly, the collection of life-size LEGO lightsabers is now growing quickly and 40897 Darth Vader's Lightsaber is about to join this series. Given their shared link to Darth Vader, this saber is a fine gift-with-purchase for 75457 Executor Super Star Destroyer. I think these sets have generally improved with time and 40917 The Darksaber was certainly impressive earlier this year, so I am not surprised that Darth Vader's famous lightsaber looks excellent as well.
