Prequel Era Build Ideas

I have built the UCS Venator and UCS LA-AT as well as MOCs for the Naboo Strafighter, Jedi Interceptor, and a Theed city build. Now, I am looking for new Prequel-era suggestions. A couple of parameters: Official Sets or MOCs recommendations are both welcome I am open to ship suggestions but would not mind something different I am comfortable using Bricklink and Rebrickable to organize and order 1,000+ pieces (5k - 10k pieces is fine), I enjoy large builds after work and am not worried about...
