Piece stuck inside LEGO Animal

Hi, I have a LEGO mammoth (picture) and there is a small LEGO piece inside. I do not know which one; I can only hear it. There is a hole in the mammoth’s neck, so this is probably how the piece got inside. Do you have any idea how I can take it out without damaging the mammoth?
