Not after anything too crazy. Looking at this one, my logic: One Piece is very popular both amongst older and younger people, manga even more so. Figures; Particularly Dragon, his Luffy's father and having watched/read One Piece, this man has still barely made any appearances after 1000 + chapters, still getting hyped by the author, I'm seeing a spike in prices for him when he eventually appears, also, important...
