Need help with Rebrickable

I just bought the Orient Express and really wanted to build it as this MOC. Ive never used rebrickable so im coming here to get some help. The thing im bugging about with rebrickable is that there never is 100% of the parts available. How do y’all get around that? As of now I added the OE to the build, and still miss 50% of the bricks.
