Mona Lisa Set (31213) hit a low on Amazon. I think it’s a buy and hold…Here's my thoughts why

On eBay it currently isn’t selling for much. $70, but BrickEconomy’s projections having it at $116 one year post retirement and in the $140 range 5 year post retirement. Currently it’s projecting with confidence that it will retire in December of this year. 18 month hold, your sitting on a 45% return. Has anybody had any success holding the LEGO art sets long term?
