Looking for info on Duplo Gold Brick employee 40th birthday gift

I'm trying to find some info on this brick that my wife got as an employee 40th birthday present, but I cannot find anything about it at all. I've searched Bricksets.com, Google Images, and even Ebay without finding anything about it... It doesn't have any inscriptions whatsoever.
