Looking For: Canadian National (CN) Locomotive Instructions

Hi everyone, total novice to the world of MOCs and custom builds. I am looking to build a CN locomotive in 8 wide. Totally willing to pay a designer for their instructions but I can only seem to find two designs: Oninino on Rebrickable; and 603bricks on Rebrickable. Not looking to motorize them, just purely to display on a shelf.
