LEGO Super Mario 72050 Luigi & Mach 8 revealed!

The LEGO Group has announced the LEGO Mario Kart - Luigi & Mach 8 (72050) set, expanding the LEGO Super Mario line. This new set allows fans to build a detailed model of Luigi and his Mach 8 kart, bringing the popular video game series to life in brick form.

The 72050 set, designed for builders aged 18 and up, consists of 2,234 pieces. It features a buildable Luigi figure with a poseable head, arms, and hands, ready to sit behind the wheel of the Mach 8 kart. The set will be available on LEGO.com starting April 1st, with pre-orders already open. The set will retail for $179.99 / £159.99 / €179.99.

This set follows the positive reception of the 72037 Mario Kart - Mario & Standard Kart set released in 2025. With its high piece count and detailed design, the 72050 set offers an engaging building experience for adult fans of LEGO and Mario Kart.
