This is a personal opinion/idea that has always seemed too tempting to me. I mean, if Chima was canonically one of the 16 realms, it surprises me that this topic is never mentioned again in Dragons Raising, even though there are anthropomorphic animal characters that, all jokingly, you could even say are descendants of the Lego Chima world....
