Instructions to Build a Mini Vic Viper for NoVVember

The BrickNerd team created instructions for a LEGO mini-model Vic Viper, inspired by the Classic Space theme for a recent issue of BrickJournal Magazine. This model is a part of the NoVVember theme, a LEGO MOC (My Own Creation) theme month centered around the Vic Viper style of spaceship.

The Vic Viper style, originating from the Gradius game series and popularized by Nate “nnenn” Nielson, is characterized by a specific arrangement of wings and fins. The designer started with a stud shooter part, which inspired the rocket nozzles. Long curved slopes were used for the forward prongs, and rocker plates were used to cover the undersides, which led to the design of the big guns. Flags were used for the wings and dorsal tail fin to achieve a thin and smooth appearance.
