Ideas to add to mini modular lego marvel city?

Been working on a mini modular lego marvel city with my son, mostly with a spider-man/nyc focus. We’re planning to add the Oscorp set to this, but also enjoy building custom buildings (or modifying these sets, like how we updated Peter’s apartment). We also ordered the old Sanctum (76108) as it is a better size fit for these smaller modulars. Hoping to build out two to three city blocks.
