I managed to somehow score a beautiful 1989 used 6285-1 Black Seas Barracuda, from a third party store/reseller. Everything is in great condition, sails, all pieces. Nothing cracked or broken. So happy! :)

Hi all, I was at a local third-party popular LEGO used/new reseller, in my City the other day. Every so often they have “Build Days” where volunteers/customers/families, kids, all ages can come in, grab a used, unbuilt set in a ziploc bag, and build it for the staff of the store. We also categorize/note any missing pieces, and you can try to fish for them through the store’s tables of “Pick a Brick” pieces, to replace the missing pieces, if it happens to be missing easily obtainable pieces....
