Halloween Village Costume Shop

It’s been a while since I’ve worked on anything Halloween Village but the new Mayor Manor really put me in the mood! While I loved the set, I do wish it had more of a festive tone equivalent to the Winter Village, so I decided to have my own go at a Lemax-style build.
