BlockTalk BlockTalk Summary

A LEGO fan shared their custom-built T-6 Shuttle, inspired by the official LEGO set but with modifications to improve its appearance and stability. The builder, /u/Minister_of_Death, enjoyed the build and highlighted the improvements made to the design.

The custom T-6 Shuttle design is based on a modification by Pixel Dan, available on Rebrickable. The builder found the official LEGO version had some aspects they weren't satisfied with. The custom build aims to address these issues, resulting in a more visually appealing and structurally sound model. However, the builder noted that the model still experiences some sagging due to the body and wing connections, and they are seeking solutions from other builders.

The original poster is looking for suggestions from the LEGO community to resolve the sagging issue in their custom T-6 Shuttle. If you're a LEGO enthusiast who enjoys building and modifying sets, you might find this project interesting. You may want to check out the original design on Rebrickable to see how others have addressed similar challenges.

If you are inspired to build your own custom LEGO models, you might find a LEGO building plate helpful for displaying your creations.

Had a lot of fun building this one. I liked the official Lego one but it had a few things that bothered me. This one just looks so much better and doesnt feel like it will fall apart in your hands. Mine still has the sag though because of the body and wing connections. Anyone found a workaround for this? Design is by Pixel Dan on rebrickable. https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-158878/PiXEL-DAN/pixel-dans-75362-t6-shuttle-modification/#details submitted by /u/Minister_of_Death [link] ...
