Bodega and Arachnid Guy's Apartment

About a year ago I started working on an apartment building moc for my city with the Miles vs the Spot set, 2x, as a base. I ended up being approached by Youmko for mass production but declined after they couldn't confirm if or how I'd be compensated. Well, they used my exterior design anyway, released it for presale last month. As a result, I ended up finishing the instructions I had started last summer and published it to rebrickable.
