This is what initially attracted me to Lego as a 1990s kid: 4-stud-wide Town vehicles with around 100 pieces. I would be able to build it in around 10-15 minutes without any kind of part sorting. The instructions were just a sheet of paper with around 10-15 steps. Then, I would disassemble it and spend hours with exploring the possibilities for alternative vehicles with the small amount of parts. The creations weren’t anything outstanding or polished, but it was a creative process...
